Real good overall experience. Small hotel in a good area very close to Cartagena's main public beach and Cartagena's and the sea. Clean rooms with climate control, multi-channel TV, and an electronic key card, etc. Comfy beds and nice staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was quiet and perfect, right in the middle of Jackson. It was convenient to visit Playa Castillo Grande Beach, which is close to the hotel.

The triple room was super cozy with a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. I loved just sitting there with a drink, soaking in the view. Everything felt clean and fresh, and the staff were so friendly—they really made the stay special!
Didn’t love that there was no safe in the room, but others might not mind.

The reception gave me great tips. the pool and hot tub were so relaxing, felt posh with a cocktail in hand.
